Amaya Healing

By booking an appointment with Amaya Healing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and the smooth running of our services.

Bookings, Payments & Deposits

​

  • A deposit may be taken at the time of booking and the amount will be deducted from the final price.

  • A deposit will also be required if you chose to pay cash on the day of your appointment and the amount will be deducted from the final price.

  • Full payment is required 48 hours ahead of your appointment.
     

Cancellation Policy

​

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may be eligible to transfer your payment to a future appointment, at the discretion of Amaya Healing.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the full payment, including the non-refundable deposit.

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund or transfer will be offered.
     

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session.

  • Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment, as sessions must end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.

  • The full treatment fee remains payable, regardless of any reduction in session time due to lateness.
     

Health & Wellbeing

​

  • You are responsible for informing Amaya Healing of any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns prior to your session.

  • All treatments are complementary and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
     

Right to Refuse Treatment

​

  • Amaya Healing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment if it is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or if these Terms & Conditions are not adhered to.
     

Changes to Terms & Conditions

​

  • Amaya Healing reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most up-to-date version will always be available on www.amayahealing.co.uk.
