FERTILITY REFLEXOLOGY - (55 minutes) - £60
Reflexology is also beneficial to those embarking on their fertility journey from preconception, through pregnancy and for
labour. Reflexology has also proven to be invaluable for couples who are considering or going through IVF. Your sessions will
help to balance your hormones and ease stress and anxiety leaving your mind and body feeling grounded and balanced and

This is an indulgent treatment combining Reflexology with a head, face and neck massage. This extended session offers a
little extra something allowing you to enjoy deep relaxation whilst targeting common areas of tension. The extension of
time allows you to pause, relax and recharge. Guided by my hands, this holistic approach will determine where tension has
accumulated and accordingly the time will be allocated.
This is an ideal treat for someone needing some extra tlc, but is also a beautiful gift for expectant mums or new mums as it
may help with common pregnancy and postpartum symptoms.
